Mutinda Kisio, operating from an address in Nairobi, Kenya, registered the Feeder Focus website domain on June 23, 2017. The program functions as a Ponzi cycler, relying on new participant funds to pay earlier investors, while also directing affiliates into Kisio's other scheme, Platinum World Team Build. Kisio has previously promoted similar ventures, including Fund My Cause, a bitcoin gifting program.
Feeder Focus offers no tangible products or services for retail sale. Instead, it markets affiliate membership itself. Those who join purchase positions in a two-tier matrix cycler, with each purchase bundled with advertising credits usable on the Feeder Focus website. These credits hold no independent value outside the scheme.
The compensation plan starts with affiliates buying $5 positions in a 2x4 matrix cycler. This matrix setup places an affiliate at the top, with two positions directly beneath them. These two positions form the first level. The second level expands to four positions, the third to eight, and the fourth to sixteen, creating a full matrix of 30 positions beneath the initial affiliate.
New positions in the matrix fill as affiliates directly recruit others, and as those recruits bring in new members. Each new participant must purchase a $5 position, funneling funds into the system. Once all four matrix levels are complete, the initial affiliate receives a $50 cycle commission. Their position then cycles into the second tier.
The second cycler tier also uses a 2x4 matrix. When this tier fills, the affiliate receives a $600 payout and fifteen new Tier 2 positions, perpetuating their involvement in the system. Beyond the cycling commissions, Feeder Focus pays a $2 referral commission for each new affiliate directly recruited. An additional $100 bonus is paid when a recruited affiliate cycles out of the second tier.
Joining Feeder Focus requires the purchase of a $5 cycler position. The Feeder Focus website explicitly states its aim: "Our Program is focussed on achieving the grand price at Platinum World Team Build through our Team Link." Platinum World Team Build, another Ponzi cycler launched in March 2017, promises a substantial $166,800 return on a $5 investment. This older scheme also relied solely on participant recruitment and investments.
Alexa traffic estimates for the Platinum World Team Build website showed a sharp decline throughout June, suggesting instability. Feeder Focus appears designed to funnel new participants into Kisio's existing Platinum World Team Build downline. This strategy aims to extract maximum funds from new individuals, leveraging the promise of gains from Platinum World Team Build, before the older Ponzi scheme inevitably collapses as recruitment slows. The program's promotional language openly encourages widespread recruitment, stating, "Ours is a Program for the Masses! Invite EVERYBODY that you Know. Any One With an Internet Connection should afford to join us. Beg or Borrow the Joining Fees".
