Family First Life and Tiffany Tranghese have reached a settlement.
Details are still being finalized but the settlement is expected to resolve Tranghese’s allegations of sexual harassment as a former Family First Life employee.
A scheduled December 12th settlement conference was put on ice as the parties neared finalizing a settlement in the weeks prior.
Since our letter of November 11, 2024, the parties have continued to engage in settlement negotiations and have made significant progress, such that we no longer believe a Settlement Conference on December 12, 2024 would be fruitful.
Then, on December 5th, Tranghese’s attorneys informed the court a settlement had been reached;
This letter is submitted jointly with Defendants Integrity Marketing Group, LLC and Family First Life, LLC.
This letter is to notify the Court that the parties have reached a settlement agreement in principle.
The parties have been given until February 7th to finalize settlement terms and inform the court.
Given the nature of
Tranghese’s allegations
, I’d be surprised if settlement terms were made public. Either way, I’ll leave an update below when the parties confirm the finalized settlement to the court.
Update 8th March 2025 –
The non-public Tranghese settlement terms appear to have been finalized.
On February 10th an Order of Dismissal was filed, closing Tranghese’s case with prejudice. This brings BehindMLM’s coverage of Tranghese’s Family First Life case to a close.
