Faith Sloan's request for $15,800 from her frozen funds was denied by the Massachusetts District Court. Judge Gorton signed the denial without explanation. Sloan sought the money to cover her rent, living expenses, and attorney fees, despite having invested $18,884 in another Ponzi scheme less than two months prior.

This denial follows a May 7th ruling by Judge Gorton. The ruling stated that no exceptions would be made for defendants who failed to declare their assets to the SEC. Sloan had not complied with these asset disclosure orders.

A photocopied page from Sloan's original request shows the words "motion denied" handwritten next to Judge Gorton's signature. Sloan continues to ignore asset freeze orders, maintaining a defense of ignorance. This stance comes despite extensive evidence detailing her promotion of numerous MLM Ponzi and pyramid schemes online.

It remains unclear whether Sloan has since declared her assets to the SEC as ordered. The court's denial of her motion suggests she has not yet done so. Sloan reportedly holds thousands of dollars in undeclared funds within Chinese bank accounts. She appears to be attempting to retain these hidden offshore funds while fighting the SEC case against her.

Sloan now awaits a ruling on her Motion to Dismiss the SEC's case. She is among other co-defendants who have filed similar defenses. These defenses typically claim the defendants made hundreds of thousands of dollars but had no knowledge the schemes were fraudulent.
