Envi FX, a trading platform linked to Automated Capital, is under scrutiny for operating as a financial fraud. The company’s website domain was first registered in 2020, with the private registration last updated on July 23rd, 2022.
One key figure identified as part of the administrative team is Kyle Cole, also known as Kyle Raymond Cole. As of July 26th, Cole claimed that $2.1 million had been invested in Envi FX and Automated Capital. He removed related social media posts shortly after his identity was revealed. Cole, who identifies as a full-time entrepreneur from Cincinnati, Ohio, also lists himself as CEO and Financial Specialist of "Global Ambassadors LLC" on LinkedIn. The website for Global Ambassadors LLC is no longer active. Critically, Cole is not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), making it illegal to offer or promote unregistered securities in the United States.
Cole’s partner in Automated Capital is believed to be Hendry J Agus. Both Cole and Agus are listed as the sole administrators of Automated Capital’s official Facebook group, which had 366 members as of early August 2022 and was created in March 2022. Automated Capital functions as a Percentage Allocation Money Management (PAMM) forex trading platform, utilizing artificial intelligence for market analysis.
Agus promotes Automated Capital on his Facebook profile, claiming it generates monthly returns of 20% to 30%. He states he is based in Alberta, Canada. Like Cole, Agus is not registered with the SEC or Canadian financial regulators. He claims to have been involved in securities fraud since early 2021. Before co-founding Automated Capital, Agus promoted CopyProTraders, another MLM scheme accused of securities fraud whose website was unresponsive. He also previously promoted My Freedom 365, a Ponzi cycler. In addition to his involvement in these alleged fraudulent schemes, Agus works as a systems engineer and is a former Primerica distributor.
Envi FX does not offer any retailable products or services. Affiliates can only market Envi FX affiliate membership itself.
Victims of investment fraud can report incidents to the SEC’s Office of Investor Education and Advocacy or the Canadian Securities Administrators.
