Mohammed Omer Ali, founder and CEO of EazyBot, directs the cryptocurrency scheme from Dubai. The company's website data shows 23% of its traffic originates from the United States, linking the operation to a network of US-based promoters.

Before establishing EazyBot, Ali remained largely unknown in cryptocurrency multi-level marketing circles. His professional background involved working in the elevator and escalator installation industry prior to his entry into crypto ventures. Ali runs EazyBot from Dubai, a city often identified as a global hub for MLM fraud.

SimilarWeb, a web analytics firm, indicates the United States accounts for 23% of EazyBot's web traffic. Russia contributes 12%, while Germany, Ukraine, and Canada each make up approximately 8% of the traffic.

But behind EazyBot's public face, a team of US-based individuals with a history of promoting Ponzi schemes operates. These figures include David Charles, Vineet Chhabra, Ken Chickk, and Peter Antony. They are connected through an entity known as 10X Crypto Traders.

10X Crypto Traders first surfaced in connection with the Matt Bot AI scheme, a crypto bot Ponzi that promised investors returns of 10% to 30% monthly. Scammers operating out of Southeast Asia ran Matt Bot AI. The scheme attracted a substantial US investor base, with 10X Crypto Traders playing a role in recruiting these American investors.

Matt Bot AI collapsed by early 2022. Only Indian promoters remained by the second quarter of 2022, attempting to attract new participants. The Matt Bot AI website finally went offline around late May or early June 2022.

EazyBot's website domain was registered in late December 2021. The scheme began its prelaunch phase in early 2022 and officially launched in March 2022.

David D. Charles, also known as Dawoud Louis-Charles, heads 10X Crypto Traders. This entity is incorporated in Florida as "10X Crypto Traders LLC," listing Lisa Louis-Charles and Dawoud Louis-Charles as its managers. Charles, a US citizen based in Florida, features prominently in EazyBot marketing videos. He serves as EazyBot's Chief Operating Officer and attended the scheme's launch event in Dubai on February 27, 2022. Charles likely benefited most from US investors recruited into Matt Bot AI, given his ownership of 10X Crypto Traders.

Vineet Chhabra, known by aliases such as Vincent Chhabra and Vaneet Kumar Chhabra, holds the position of EazyBot's Chief Marketing Officer. At the February 2022 prelaunch event, Chhabra stated his role as the national country leader for India, tasked with promoting EazyBot across the country to generate passive income. Chhabra also promoted Matt Bot AI through 10X Crypto Traders.

Chhabra, another Florida resident, has a significant legal history. In 2004, he pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance. He was part of a $125 million network that operated illegal pill factories. The Washington Post reported that Chhabra began his businesses in Ohio, moving them to Virginia when Ohio medical board officials expressed concerns. His plea related to his role in distributing prescription drugs outside legal channels.
