DS Domination began its beta launch on August 23rd, but the company's website offers no public information regarding its ownership or management. The "about us" page remains inaccessible to the general public; visitors must activate a product purchase to view company details.

The DS Domination website domain is registered to Kevin Hokoana, using an Army Post Office Box (APO) address in "Armed Forces Pacific." Despite this registration, DS Domination affiliates frequently credit Roger Langille as the company's founder. They claim Langille spent nearly ten years as a top eBay seller, generating over seven figures annually.

A thread on the Warrior Forum, published in March 2013, provides further insight, indicating both Hokoana and Langille are experienced affiliate marketers. One forum user stated they had promoted products for Hokoana and made sales, but found him unresponsive to emails and phone calls. Another user, who also worked with Hokoana, reported difficulty getting paid until learning Hokoana was an Air Force Major, unavailable due to military operations. This user noted Roger Langille as Hokoana's partner.

Other affiliates on the forum reported similar payment issues. One user mentioned ongoing promises of payment from Hokoana and Langille via Skype, but no actual funds received. This user concluded they would no longer promote anything for them, citing unreliability and a lack of respect for affiliates.

Roger Langille identifies himself as "the eBay trainer" on his personal blog, claiming "Titanium Seller" status. He states he is developing automated systems to monitor inventory and upload thousands of items to eBay quickly. Langille's past affiliate marketing involvement includes MyShoppingGenie, Visalus, and Sozo. MyShoppingGenie was a recruitment-based app opportunity that is now defunct.

The company's operational base also presents an ambiguity. While Hokoana's domain registration lists an APO in the Pacific, likely Japan, DS Domination's Terms and Conditions specify that disputes are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California. The terms further consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of California state or federal courts.
