Infinity2Global Ponzi promoter Dennis Dvorin has been sentenced to 12 months in prison.
Dvorin’s sentence was handed down on November 22nd, following a
November 17th guilty plea
to one count of securities fraud.
On the money side of things Dvorin (right) was sentenced to $3.9 million in restitution, which he is jointly liable for with his promoter co-defendants.
Dvorin’s Infinity2Global co-defendants have been convicted and sentenced to 2.5 to 10 years.
Faraday Hosseinipour was
sentenced to 2.5 years
in January 2023
Doyce Barnes was
sentenced to 4 years
in December 2022
Richard Maike was
sentenced to 10 years
in December 2022
Barnes and Hosseinipour have an appeal against their conviction pending.
The remaining co-defendant, Jason Syn, has a Change of Plea hearing scheduled for December 19th.
Maike launched Infinity2Global back in 2013. The Ponzi scheme would go on to defraud consumers out of $30 million plus.

Dennis Dvorin has filed an appeal against his November 22nd judgment.
Not really sure how that works given he signed a plea agreement but I’ll publish any updates below.

Dennis Dvorin has voluntarily dismissed his Infinity2Global judgment appeal.
The Sixth Circuit granted Dvorin’s dismissal motion on June 11th. No reason for the dismissal is provided.
