Christopher Young, owner of Ad Pay Daily LLC in Kansas, launched the Ad Pay Daily scheme in 2010. This operation functioned as an ad rotator combined with a recruitment program. Members were tasked with recruiting advertisers and visiting 20 websites daily to earn commissions.

Commissions were tied to a member's accumulated ad points, which were gained by attracting new advertisers. The system allowed members to purchase advertising themselves. This meant participants effectively invested in the company by buying ad space, increasing their ad points. A larger ad point total led to a greater share of the daily profits.

These daily profits originated from the investments made by Ad Pay Daily members. The Ad Pay Daily scheme ultimately failed, a common fate for such structures. This failure likely led to the introduction of Daily Pay.

Daily Pay offers no retailable products or services. Instead, new members invest directly into the company. Each investment package includes advertising credits for use on the Daily Pay advertising network.

The Daily Pay compensation plan centers on investment returns. Members could invest in $10 allotments, earning a 4% daily return over 50 days for a total 200% ROI.

Daily Pay also provided matrix commissions. After every six investments reached their 50-day maturity, members received an entry ticket into a 2x2 matrix. Cycling out of this matrix, by having two more people placed below them through investment maturity, advanced members to a 2x3 matrix.

This structure continued through five matrices, each with a different payout. A 2x2 matrix paid $15, a 2x3 paid $25, a 2x4 paid $60, a 2x5 paid $150, and a 2x6 paid $300. Cycling out of a matrix also granted two entries back into the same matrix level, plus one entry into the next level.

Referral commissions extended up to 10 levels, applying to both new investments and matrix commissions. Level 1 paid 6%, Level 2 paid 4%, Levels 3 to 6 paid 2%, and Levels 7 and 8 paid 1%. Levels 9 and 10 paid 0.5%. The number of levels a member earned on depended on their Daily Pay membership rank. A Copper rank cost $9.95 monthly and paid on four levels. Silver cost $19.95 monthly and paid on five levels. Gold cost $29.95 monthly and paid on six levels. Diamond membership cost $59.95 monthly.
