Roy Robertson of Western Australia registered the "cyclerpassive.com" domain on October 18. The Cycler Passive website itself provides no information about who owns or operates the business. Robertson's past involvement in the MLM industry, as an affiliate or corporate figure, remains undocumented.
Cycler Passive offers no retailable products or services. Affiliates market only membership in the company itself. New Cycler Passive affiliates purchase "upgrades," which are positions in the compensation plan.
The Cycler Passive compensation plan requires affiliates to purchase positions across two primary components: Ad Pack Investments and Cycler Commissions.
Ad Pack Investments offer three levels: Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Cycler Passive promises a return on investment (ROI) paid out over 50 to 60 days. A Silver investment costs $10, paying 2.5% daily for 60 days, for a 150% ROI. Gold costs $80, offering 3% daily for 55 days, yielding a 165% ROI. Platinum requires $250, returning 3.5% for 50 days, totaling a 175% ROI. Each investment includes advertising credits for use on the Cycler Passive website.
Cycler Commissions involve participation in a series of ten straight-line cyclers. A straight-line cycler operates by having affiliates buy positions in a queue. A portion of each new purchase funds the first position in line. When this first position reaches a set balance, it cycles out. All other positions in the queue then move up one space, and the process repeats.
Affiliates buy into Cycler Passive's cyclers for $10 per position. Each position expires upon reaching $30, at which point it pays out $10 and "cycles out" into the next cycler. The subsequent nine cycler queues function similarly, with new positions contributing to the balance of the top position until it expires.
The commission paid out at each cycler level is:
Cycler 1 (position cost $10) – $10, plus a position in Cycler 2
Cycler 2 – $20, plus a position in Cycler 3
Cycler 3 – $40, plus a position in Cycler 4
Cycler 4 – $80, plus a position in Cycler 5
Cycler 5 – $160, plus a position in Cycler 6
Cycler 6 – $320, plus a position in Cycler 7
Cycler 7 – $670, plus a position in Cycler 8
