Click Prime 8, an advertising multilevel marketing scheme, began operations in early 2014, promoting investments from $150 to $4000. Its domain, "clickprime8team.com," was registered on February 13, 2014, by an entity called "Inovative Group" based in Massachusetts.

The email address used for the "clickprime8team.com" registration also appeared on an abandoned trademark application from 2006. This application was for "Abroad World Telecom Corporation," which described itself as operating retail and wholesale telecommunication product stores. The trademark was classified as abandoned in 2007 after the owner could not be reached.

By May 9, 2014, Marcio Alves, identified as an affiliate, had his lawyers respond to inquiries. They stated that "clickprime8team.com" belonged to Alves, not the official Click Prime 8 entity. Alves cancelled his subscription and affiliation with the company. His lawyers noted he received negative inquiries and faced threats of newspaper articles linking his other businesses to Click Prime 8. The "clickprime8team.com" website is now offline.

Lui Shau Shing is listed as Click Prime 8's CEO on the official company website. His corporate biography describes him as a "successful investor" and "investment specialist with low cost." It claims he obtained 70% of the company's equity by partnering with "great offers and fascinating projects." The bio states he holds interests in over eight companies, including one that merged with three others to launch this project.

Shau Shing's profile asserts he constantly communicates with employees, promotes motivational speaking, and conducts corporate training. He reportedly aims for Click Prime 8 to become the world's largest advertising company by 2015. He graduated in Economics, holds a Master in Marketing Management, and began his career at 19, assisting his father's family business. The company's bio does not clarify why Shau Shing himself appears to be "currently for sale." No other links between Shau Shing and the multi-level marketing industry have emerged, suggesting Click Prime 8 may be his first venture into the sector.
