Timothy Baggett, CEO of Changes Worldwide, registered the company's website domain on September 12, 2013, listing himself as the owner. The Changes Worldwide Facebook page provides a corporate address in Florida. Baggett has publicly discussed his extensive experience in multi-level marketing.

Baggett detailed his MLM history on his blog, "The Turn-Key System." He described himself as an "MLM junkie" who joined numerous programs, always convinced he was "on to something big." He recounted how his initial enthusiasm for new opportunities eventually alienated friends and family. Around 2010, Baggett was a top sales performer for Lightyear Wireless.

He later joined Bids That Give, which is now known as BTG180. Baggett published an article in March titled "10 Reasons I Joined Bids That Give." This platform used a compensation plan similar to the Zeek Rewards Ponzi scheme, combining affiliate-funded revenue sharing, a penny auction, and a charity component. Baggett wrote that BTG had "no selling or recruiting requirements," and claimed it was "not a pyramid."

Wayne Caraway, Changes Worldwide's Chief Operating Officer, also participated in Bids That Give. Caraway shared his experience in a blog post, "Bids that give review (why I chose BTG)." He stated he "gave up traditional network marketing" to join Bids That Give for "The Money!" Caraway explained that he could earn "private revenue sharing and daily pay" by recruiting many representatives or by recruiting just two, purchasing wholesale bids, and participating in the daily payout.

Caraway acknowledged comparisons between Bids That Give and Zeek Rewards, along with concerns about Federal Trade Commission intervention. He asserted that BTG had "made the necessary changes to the comp plan to not only make it stronger but to make it legal. Everything has been submitted to the FTC." He reiterated his motivation: "ITS THE MONEY!!!!"

Changes Worldwide offers a dietary supplement called Thin Slym. The website describes it as "finally a product that works" designed to "boost your energy and fitness." Thin Slym contains vitamin B12, Chromium, Dicaffeine Malate, Coleus Forskohlii Root Extract, Irvingia gabonensis seed extract, and raspberry ketones. A one-month supply of Thin Slym capsules sells for $69.95.

The Changes Worldwide compensation plan centers on affiliates depositing money with the expectation of a 24-month return on investment exceeding 100%. Commissions are also paid on Thin Slym sales and monthly affiliate membership fees. A flat 15% commission applies to Thin Slym product sales.

Changes Worldwide uses a 3x5 matrix to pay commissions on monthly affiliate membership fees. An affiliate sits at the top, with three positions directly below them. Each of these three positions branches into three more, extending down five levels. These matrix positions represent recruited fee-paying affiliates, either direct recruits or those brought in by uplines and downlines.

Monthly affiliate membership fees generate matrix commissions. The percentage paid out depends on the affiliate's own membership fee level. Bronze members pay $50 and earn 1% on levels 1-4, and 5% on level 5. Silver members pay $100 and earn 1% on levels 1-2, 2% on levels 3-4, and 5% on level 5. Gold members pay $250 and earn 2% on levels 1-2, 3% on levels 3-4, and 10% on level 5. To qualify for matrix commissions, a Changes Worldwide affiliate must personally recruit at least two new affiliates. A 50% matching bonus is also offered on the matrix earnings of all personally recruited affiliates. Additionally, 5% of monthly affiliate membership fees are placed into a "Recruiter Pool" for affiliates to earn shares.
