Keith Curtis, an Indiana resident, has launched Centurion Profits, a new investment scheme that closely resembles his previous venture, PowerCycle13. PowerCycle13 collapsed in January 2013, just five months after its August 2012 launch, leaving affiliates with unfulfilled promises of 137-200% returns.

Centurion Profits provides no ownership or operational details on its public website. The domain "centuronprofits.com" was registered on November 14, 2012, with private registration hiding its owner. Social media research, however, credits Keith Curtis and Frank Dillon as the company's administrators.

Curtis advised PowerCycle13 affiliates that the company was "just about out of funds to keep up with the current shares owned" shortly before its collapse. He confirmed, "PowerCycle13 is forced to shut its doors. Unfortunately, we cannot continue. I truly am sorry if this has caused any inconvenience to our members." He refunded recent investments, stating, "Our accounts are now drained. There is no way to continue with only 10 percent of the accounts/members actually participating in our program."

As PowerCycle13 neared its end, Curtis discussed several options. One plan involved "refund(ing) the new money, (closing) down PC13 then do(ing) another program (one that starts off better than this one – I know it was a mess at the beginning) with a new design and new name and more! with the outside programs also linked and more!" Centurion Profits, launched in late July 2013, appears to be this new program.

Frank Dillon is also named as an admin. He appears connected to Primerica, but it remains unclear if this is the same Frank Dillon partnered with Curtis for Centurion Profits.
