Sherm Mason, also known as Optimus Dale, is the registered owner of Cash Rally GPS, a $22 matrix cycler scheme launched in 2016. Mason has a history of operating similar recruitment-based programs since at least 2011.

The Cash Rally GPS website domain, cashrallygps.com, was first registered in August 2013. Records indicate the domain ownership was updated on August 22nd, 2016, coinciding with the current owner listing Sherm Mason of Arkansas as the registrant. Mason’s prior ventures include Magnetic Builder, a $29.95 recruitment scheme from 2011.

Mason’s activity intensified in 2015 with the launch of at least five dubious schemes. These included Paradise Payments, a cash gifting program; Magnetic Gratitude, a $580 Ponzi scheme; Summer Fun Matrix, a $22 three-tier Ponzi; 3×9 Millionaire Machine, a purported $3 to $435 million Ponzi; and Instant Pay Christmas, another cash gifting scheme.

In 2016 alone, before Cash Rally GPS, Mason had already launched Elite Pay Alliance, 5 Dolla Money Lines, and Adstraordinary. Alexa statistics for Adstraordinary suggested its collapse shortly after its April launch. Cash Rally GPS represents Mason’s fourth known scheme introduced this year.

Cash Rally GPS lacks any retailable products or services. Affiliates can only market membership in the program itself. Upon joining, members purchase positions within a matrix cycler. These positions come bundled with advertising credits usable on the Cash Rally GPS website.

The compensation plan centers on a 5×1 matrix cycler. An affiliate occupies the top position, with five slots directly below. Commissions are earned as these slots are filled through direct and indirect recruitment. Completing a matrix, or "cycling," pays the affiliate $30. Each cycle also generates two new matrix positions, allowing the process to repeat.

A matching bonus is paid on personally recruited affiliates' cycles. Affiliates receive 50% ($5) on the first matrix position filled, 100% ($10) on the third, and another 50% ($5) on the second. The program also features a "GPS Bonus Pool" where one member receives $10 for every three new members who join. The distribution method for this bonus is not detailed on the Cash Rally GPS website.
