Marty Hale, identified on social media as the founder and CEO of CannaGlobe, maintains an executive profile largely unlisted on the company's official website. CannaGlobe launched in 2018, operating under CG Companies LLC, a Colorado entity. The Texas address used to register CG Companies also ties to Livit International, a travel company previously owned by Hale.
Hale's history in multi-level marketing extends back to the 1980s. He began as a distributor for Excel Communications from 1989 to 1995. Subsequent roles included a consultant position with PrePaid Legal in 1996 and a speaker for ACN in 1998. He then co-founded and served as CEO of Net Lifestyles starting in 1999.
After a period away from the MLM industry during most of the 2000s, where his bio lists various contractor and executive positions, Hale returned in 2009 as Chief Strategy Officer for the Trump Network. He continued in several MLM executive capacities, including distributor and executive roles with Momentis around 2011. Hale became President of bHip in 2013 and served as Chief Ambassador for Viridian in 2014. In 2016, he founded LIVIT International.
By 2018, Hale re-engaged with Terry LaCore, joining several LaCore Enterprises MLM companies. These included Liv Labs in 2018 and Ignite VIP in 2020. LaCore Enterprises owns bHip Global, a company Hale previously led. While LaCore Enterprises' direct ownership in CannaGlobe remains unverified, LaCore Labs formulates at least some of CannaGlobe's product line. Both CannaGlobe and Marty Hale operate out of Texas.
CannaGlobe primarily markets products containing "delta 9 THC," alongside other non-THC options. These products include various edibles and drinks. Giggles Nano HDI Delta 9 Gummies, available in flavors like watermelon, orange, and lemon, retail at $44.99 for 15 gummies or $139.99 for 30 sample bags, promising a "calming, giggly, and long lasting elevation." Sidekicks HDI THCA Gummies sell for $44.99 per 20 gummies.
Other offerings include Microdose Lions Mane Focus gummies at $39.99 for 15. The company also sells Bakeables mixes, each containing 25mg of THC per serving. Bakeables Brownie Mix and Bakeables Cookie Mix both retail for $59.99 per 16 oz pouch. A Bakeables Fried Chicken Batter, also priced at $59.99 for 16 oz, is designed to coat several pounds of chicken. Maxoutrx Mushroom Tarts Energy, available in grape, strawberry, orange, and green apple, are advertised to deliver an energetic experience. The legal landscape for delta 9 THC products, even those derived from hemp, remains complex and subject to varying state and federal interpretations.
