Business ToolBox launched in the first quarter of 2014 and operates out of the US state of New York.
The company was launched under the umbrella of Multiplex Systems, which is owned by Peter Wolfing.
Wolfing (right) has a long history of launching short-lived matrix cycler recruitment-driven pyramid schemes.
Past examples of Wolfing’s schemes reviewed here on BehindMLM include
Turbo Cycler
(2012) and
Ultimate Cycler
(2014).

The Business ToolBox Product Line
The Business ToolBox has no retailable products and services, with affiliates only able to market affiliate membership to the opportunity itself.
Bundled with Business ToolBox affiliate membership are a series of marketing tools.
The Business ToolBox Compensation Plan
The Business ToolBox compensation plan revolves around the recruitment of affiliates and their ongoing payment of a $39 monthly participation fee.
As is common with Peter Wolfing’s other schemes, a series of matrices are also used to pay residual recruitment commissions.
Affiliate Fee Commissions
Business ToolBox charge affiliates $39 a month to participate if they have positions in the $100 or greater matrices.
These fees are recycled through a 3×16 unilevel, rewarding those who recruit the most and/or have the largest fee-paying downlines.
A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):
If any of the affiliates on level 1 go on to recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team. If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.
Business ToolBox cap payable unilevels at 16, with payment on levels 14 to 16 only achievable if an affiliate pays an additional $300 fee.
Commissions in the unilevel are paid out per recruited affiliates in a unilevel team, with how much paid our per affiliate depending on which level they fall on:
level 1 – $13
level 2 – $3
level 3 – $2
level 4 – $1
level 5 to 16 – $2 (must pay $300 fee to earn on levels 14 to 16)
Business ToolBox unilevel commissions are paid monthly, as long as affiliates in the unilevel team continue to pay their monthly $39 affiliate participation fee.
Matrix Commissions
Business ToolBox’s residual commissions are paid out via a series of 2×2 matrices.
A 2×2 matrix places an affiliate at the top of a matrix with two positions directly under them (level 1):
(2×2 matrix)
These two positions then branch out into two additional positions each, with each matrix having six positions to fill.
Once all positions in a matrix are filled, the affiliate who owns the position at the top of matrix “cycles” out and is paid a commission.
How much of a commission depends on which level matrix the affiliate is cycling out of:
$25 matrix
