Brazilian entrepreneur Erick Salgado, who founded eBusiness4us Inc. in 2008, oversees Builderall, a marketing tools platform whose domain was registered in 2016. Builderall's website, however, states the project began in 2011, a five-year discrepancy from its public registration.

Salgado's LinkedIn profile indicates he created the "first virtual mini-franchises system" in 2005. This system aimed to provide small entrepreneurs with a method to enter the internet business industry through a structured and profitable model. Salgado previously operated OMB100 in Brazil, an internet marketing service for which he has cited both 2004 and 2010 as launch dates.

OMB100 appears to have been rebranded as Builderall in 2016. Since then, the company has operated under the Builderall name. Salgado, originally from Brazil, now lives in Orlando, Florida, according to his Facebook page.

Builderall's retail offerings historically included two membership tiers: Essential for $29.90 per month and Premium for $69.90 per month. The Essential membership offered a drag-and-drop site builder, access to 10,000 unspecified leads, a checkout application, an affiliate system capable of creating MLM compensation, and various hosting services. The Premium tier expanded on this, adding a funnel builder, an email marketing workflow system, a webinar and streaming platform, and installation options for free marketing tools. It also included an iOS and Android app builder, chat and site bots, an e-learning platform priced at $29.90, messaging capabilities, autopost management, additional web design tools, and entry into the "Builderall Business Community."

In October 2024, Builderall updated its retail membership structure to four distinct tiers. The Core plan, priced at $17 per month, provides one published website, one domain, a single email account, and 1GB of storage. The Essentials plan, costing $47 per month, upgrades users to three published websites, three domains, three email accounts, 1GB of storage, and allows sending up to 50,000 emails to a maximum of 3,000 subscribers monthly.

The Advanced plan is available for $97 per month. It includes five published websites, five domains, ten email accounts, 3GB of storage, and supports three team member accounts. Users on this plan can send up to 200,000 emails to as many as 10,000 subscribers each month. The highest tier, Premium, is set at $247 per month. This plan offers ten published websites, ten domains, twenty email accounts, 7GB of storage, and accommodates ten team member accounts. Premium subscribers can send up to 600,000 emails to a total of 25,000 subscribers monthly.

Builderall's compensation plan directly ties to the sale and purchase of these memberships. The system rewards affiliates based on their ability to recruit new members and generate sales of the platform's various subscription tiers. The Builderall Premium plan, costing $247 each month, allows for managing ten websites and sending up to 600,000 emails to 25,000 subscribers.
