J. Joshua Beistle, formerly known as the president of the failed JubiRev scheme, has resurfaced as the figurehead of BrandOnline365. The company offers a mobile app builder and game designs, bundled with affiliate memberships, a structure that mirrors previous ventures linked to Beistle.

BrandOnline365's website offers no clear information about its ownership or management. An "About" section contains only marketing language, omitting details about the company or its leadership. While the domain was registered in January 2014, the registration details are shielded by privacy settings.

A compensation plan video on the company's site identifies J. Joshua Beistle as its president. The reason for Beistle's absence from public company disclosures remains unexplained.

Beistle was previously the CEO of JubiRev, which launched in 2013 as a scheme attempting to replicate the Zeek Rewards Ponzi model. JubiRev combined Zeek's point-based system with low-quality products under the "JubiMax" brand. The company struggled to gain traction and by June 2013, announced it was abandoning its passive revenue-sharing model due to insufficient funds. A subsequent shift to a retail customer-focused business model failed to resonate with affiliates seeking passive income. JubiRev collapsed with little transparency, and Beistle reportedly disappeared after the compensation plan change. The JubiMax website is still active, but JubiRev accounts are suspended, leaving earlier investors in uncertainty.

Before JubiRev, Beistle co-founded Dream Style Vacations Club in 2009 with Randal Williams. This venture offered access to third-party travel discounts and operated as a recruitment-based scheme, compensating affiliates for bringing in new members. Beistle also operates MyPhoneRoom, a lead generation service launched in 2009, which is not an MLM.

BrandOnline365 does not appear to offer any products or services for retail sale. Its primary offering is a mobile app generator, presented as a "Point-n-Click" tool for creating Android, Apple HTML5 mobile apps and proprietary mobile game designs. The company claims these tools help users increase brand awareness, generate leads, and grow their businesses.

This app builder is included with an affiliate subscription called "The Ultimate," which costs $30 per month plus a $11.95 administrative fee. "The Ultimate" package includes live training sessions on app building and access to the app builder for creating one HTML5/Android mobile app, along with submission to the Google Play Store. A higher-tier subscription, "The Pro Add-on," costs $100 per month, likely with the same administrative fee.

The BrandOnline365 compensation plan primarily rewards affiliates for recruiting new members and for their purchases of various packages. The plan also includes two advertising revenue-funded revenue-sharing pools.

Affiliates receive a 50% commission on the monthly fees paid by personally recruited affiliates. For "The Ultimate" subscription, this amounts to $15 per recruited affiliate. For "The Pro Add-on" subscribers, the recruitment commission is $50. These commissions are ongoing as long as the recruited affiliates maintain their monthly payments.

Commissions are also paid out when affiliates purchase packages. These package commissions vary based on the affiliate's rank and the package price. A "Promoter" pays $30 monthly and receives a $10 package commission, while a "Senior Promoter" paying $100 monthly gets a $25 commission. Higher package levels, such as "Premium" ($297), "Premier" ($697), "Platinum" ($1497), and "Game Changer" ($2997), yield commissions of $70, $140, $375, and $750 respectively. These commissions are paid to the direct upline, determined by their affiliate membership rank. Affiliates who have not purchased a package are limited to earning only $10 in package commissions.
