In response to a
recent BehindMLM article analyzing Blockchain Sports’ targeting of US residents
, the company has circulated an “official statement” response to investors.
In contrast to BehindMLM’s reporting, Blockchain Sports’ “official statement” is
not public.
A reader kindly sent it in, allowing us to correct the many falsehoods therein.
Blockchain Sports’ statements runs in at five pages. To keep thing simple we’ll reproduce each section of the statement verbatim and respond below.
Before we get into the actual statement, a recap of the article that prompted Blockchain Sports’ non-public statement;
on March 4th on an official marketing webinar, Blockchain Sports announced it was “actively entering the United States as a key jurisdiction”;
the announcement follows multiple failed unregistered investment schemes (NFT investment positions, AI drift nonsense, multiple football ruses, a JGGL AI app etc.), with investor losses mounting through locked ATLA tokens;
Blockchain Sports’ claimed targeting of US residents is taking place while owner Dmitriy Saksonov recently relocated from Russia to Panama;
Saksonov is unlikely to be able to get a US visa as he has a recent fraud conviction in Belarus – hence the relocation to Panama instead of the US;
instead of operating under its own name, Blockchain Sports is purportedly entering the US as ATOM Group, set up as Atom Distribution, a recently registered Delaware shell company;
as of January 2026, SimilarWeb was tracking 34% of Blockchain Sports website traffic originating from the US (note that has dropped to 7% as of February 2026); and
neither Blockchain Sports, the Atom companies, Dmitry Saksonov or anyone else involved in registered with the SEC.
BehindMLM stands by its research and asserts, as with all our published content, that the truth is the ultimate defense against defamation claims.
Furthermore, the above is all verifiable research that BehindMLM encourages anyone to research and confirm on their own.
