Edwin Ramos launched Blessing4All in February 2014, operating out of the Philippines. Ramos, identified as "admin" on the company website, claims over five years of experience in online programs. He states this experience provided the skills and knowledge needed to run an online business. The company holds a business name registration certificate from the Philippine Department of Trade and Industry.

Blessing4All operates as a fully online business. The company notes plans to establish a physical office as its operations expand.

Ramos' YouTube account features numerous videos promoting "Ads2Freedom," an earlier scheme he owned. That program paid commissions through a series of matrices, dependent on recruiting new affiliates. Ramos' claimed five years in online programs appear to relate primarily to Ads2Freedom.

In December 2013, Ramos announced on the Ads2Freedom website that HostGator had suspended their hosting account. He attributed this to HostGator's policy against "matrix or MLM program(s)." Ramos also claimed HostGator's backups of Ads2Freedom were "useless because they are corrupt." The scheme did not relaunch under the Ads2Freedom name.

Blessing4All offers no retailable products or services. Affiliates market membership to the site itself. Membership includes an "ebook collection" in ZIP format. Some ebooks come with Master Resale Rights (MRR) and Private Label Rights (PLR). This allows affiliates to resell them online after setting up a sales page.

The Blessing4All compensation plan, labeled "profit-sharing," pools money from new affiliates and distributes it to existing members. Blessing4All collects $5 from each $30 payment by new affiliates. It also takes 10% of all affiliate earnings and $4 from a $5 fee charged to affiliates who have received more than they contributed. These funds go into a "profit-sharing pool fund."

This fund is then split equally each day among all Blessing4All affiliates. Each share is further split 50% between the affiliate and their upline. An affiliate's profit-share increases with more referrals. The system also includes a 2-up Pass-Up Bonus. Under this bonus, $2 from each new affiliate's fee enters a separate compensation structure. New affiliates pass up the $2 commission from their first and second recruits to their own upline.
