The Utah Division of Securities issued an investor alert March 10th concerning BG Wealth Sharing LTD. This warning echoes similar cautions from other financial regulators across the globe.

The Utah warning specifically references a securities fraud alert from the Alberta Securities Commission issued in January. Investors approached with opportunities from BG Wealth Sharing LTD are urged to review these alerts before committing any funds.

California's Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI) has not yet issued its own warning. However, British Columbia's securities regulators issued a fraud alert for BG Wealth Sharing on January 28th.

Concerns about BG Wealth Sharing LTD are not isolated to North America. Regulators in Australia, Tonga, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, and the Philippines have also issued warnings about the entity.

BG Wealth Sharing operates as an online Ponzi scheme, often promoted as a "click a button" app. BehindMLM has tracked hundreds of similar scams since they first appeared in 2021. The scheme is reportedly run by individuals based in China.

A fake trading platform known as DSJ Exchange (DSJEX) is associated with BG Wealth Sharing. The operators of the scam frequently shift their online presence, registering new website domains as older ones are flagged for fraudulent activity. Current domains associated with the operation include dsj331.com, dsj337.com, dsj336.com, and vipexdsj.cc, though these are likely to become inactive shortly.
