João Francisco de Paulo launched BBOM in early 2013, basing the operation in São Paulo, Brazil. The company's website lists Paulo as its founder and President. BBOM claims to operate through direct sales and MLM channels, marketing innovative products and services.

BBOM states its project precursor was the 2008 acquisition of UNEPXMIL, a major provider of trackers and monitoring services. The company aimed to expand its market performance and business into the franchise sector, citing high production capacity.

BBOM markets a line of GPS trackers under the Unexpxmil brand. These trackers serve personal use, cars, motorcycles, trucks, and boats. The Unexpxmil GPS tracker service costs $40 per month.

The BBOM compensation plan centers on new affiliates investing money with the company. BBOM then pays them a guaranteed monthly return on investment.

Affiliates choose from three investment packages: Bronze costs $300 and includes four GPS systems. Silver costs $900 for twelve GPS systems. The Gold package is $1500, providing twenty GPS systems. Each plan requires an ongoing $40 monthly fee for the affiliate to qualify for their monthly ROI.

BBOM claims it rents out the GPS trackers to customers and then pays a commission to affiliates. The company states it splits 50% of the supposed revenue generated from renting these units. This includes one unit provided to the affiliate.

Monthly payouts to affiliates are as follows: Bronze members receive $80, Silver members get $240, and Gold members earn $400.

Recruitment commissions are another component of the BBOM plan. Affiliates earn money when they recruit new members who invest in the company. Payouts depend on the package the new affiliate purchases. A Bronze package yields $20, a Silver package pays $60, and a Gold package results in a $100 commission.

Binary commissions also exist within the structure. Each investment package carries a point value: Bronze is 200 points, Silver is 600 points, and Gold is 1000 points.

BBOM uses a binary compensation structure. An affiliate sits at the top, with two positions directly below them. These positions fill as new affiliates are recruited, forming two teams. Volume accumulates in these teams from initial investments and subsequent package reinvestments. The company pays 15% of the point volume generated by affiliates on the weaker side of the binary. Binary commissions are calculated daily and have a maximum payout of $25,000 per day.
