Following the court’s rejection of a time served plea deal, Mohammed “Moe” Diab’s Allied Walled criminal case is headed to trial.
In rejecting the proposed plea deal at a December 19th hearing, the court informed the parties it would

The court has scheduled a Status Conference to further discuss the issue on January 7th, 2025.
