Jeremy Duncan, a figure associated with numerous prior pyramid schemes, has launched AI Viral Downline, his eighth such operation. The platform's domain, aiviraldownline.com, was privately registered on November 14, 2025. This new venture requires participants to pay $28 monthly to engage in a system focused entirely on recruiting new members.

An Indiana address listed in AI Viral Downline's "about" section previously appeared on the website for M80 Advertising, a 2023 adcredit pyramid scheme also run by Duncan. His history includes M80 Advertising in early 2023, The Rocket Recruiter in April/May 2023, My Traffic Powerline in August 2023, ShareTheWinnings in January 2024, Fast Start Profits in August 2024, Split The Winnings in December 2024, and Cash Multiplier System in October 2025. Duncan promotes AI Viral Downline across social media platforms.

Duncan has seemingly attempted to obscure his direct involvement with AI Viral Downline. He does not appear on the company's website. His presence is limited to a member role within the official Facebook group, rather than an administrator. The Facebook group's actual administrators include Kenneth Wasiewicz, Pete Delmonico, and Lillian Ilich, all of whom possess a track record of promoting multi-level marketing scams.

AI Viral Downline offers no discernible retail products or services. Its entire structure relies on promoters recruiting other individuals who then pay recurring monthly fees. Participants earn $25 for each person they directly sign up.

Starting from the second month, the company distributes residual commissions through a 3x8 matrix system. Each participant occupies the top position, with three positions directly beneath them. These three positions expand into nine on the second level, continuing to multiply by three down to the eighth level. The matrix fills through direct recruitment or indirectly via a participant's downline.

Residual commissions are drawn from the monthly $28 subscription fees. Level 1 positions yield $10 per filled spot each month. Levels 2 through 7 pay $2 per filled position monthly. Level 8 positions provide $3 per filled position each month, though this level unlocks only after a promoter personally recruits three paid participants. Commission payouts cease if monthly fees are not paid.

Membership costs $28 per month. A free signup option exists, but it converts to an "admin position" that pays Duncan if the free user does not upgrade to a paid membership within seven days. These expired positions directly benefit Duncan.

AI Viral Downline uses an AI chatbot, named "Emily," as a superficial draw. The chatbot's origin is unclear, likely a low-cost acquisition, given that Duncan automatically skims $3 from every $28 monthly payment, in addition to earnings from his own "admin positions." "Emily" plays no functional role in the actual business model.

The core of AI Viral Downline's operation involves 100% of its commissions tied directly to recruitment. This structure defines it as a pyramid scheme. As a US resident, Duncan's operation violates the Federal Trade Commission Act. To date, US authorities have not taken action against him.

Like all pyramid schemes, AI Viral Downline’s viability depends entirely on continuous, rapid recruitment of new members. When the influx of new participants slows, those at the bottom cease paying their monthly fees. This causes commissions to dry up for those above them, leading to further attrition. The scheme inevitably collapses when enough participants stop paying, ensuring that most promoters lose money. This pattern mirrors the outcomes of Duncan's prior ventures and other pyramid schemes he has promoted.
