The Department of Justice is preparing a second round of remissions for AdSurfDaily affiliates involved in the civil forfeiture case. Federal prosecutors are currently gathering information from individuals seeking to claim funds.
Claimants must contact Assistant US Attorney Toni Donato directly. They need to provide their full name, a complete and accurate mailing address, and the precise amount of money they held within AdSurfDaily. Do not send any supporting documents at this stage.

The DOJ plans to make official remission claim forms available on its website in approximately one month. Updates will be posted on the Justice Department's victim and witness assistance page, specifically at http://www.justice.gov/usao/dc/programs/vw/adsurfdaily.html.
Failing to provide the required information to the USDOJ means an individual will not be considered for any remission payments.
