Sherm Mason registered the Adstraordinary website domain on March 24, 2016, listing an Arkansas address. This marks his third scheme launch in 2016 alone, continuing a pattern of new matrix-based cash gifting operations. Mason, also known as Optimus Dale, previously operated Magnetic Builder, a $29.95 recruitment scheme from 2011.

Adstraordinary itself provides no information about its ownership or management on its website. Affiliates buy $5 matrix positions, receiving advertising credits for the Adstraordinary platform. These credits allow members to display ads on the site, but they serve primarily as window dressing for the underlying financial structure. The company offers no retail products.

The compensation plan operates through a 3x6 matrix. An affiliate sits at the top, with three positions directly below forming level one. Each of these three branches into three more, creating level two. This pattern extends six levels deep, containing 1,092 total positions. Affiliates must pay a qualification fee for each level to earn commissions.

Level 1 costs $5 to unlock, yielding three $5 payments from downline affiliates. Level 2 requires $10, paying nine $10 commissions. Progressing to Level 3 costs $20, generating twenty-seven $20 payments. Level 4 demands $50 for eighty-one $50 commissions. Level 5 carries a $100 fee, paying out two hundred forty-three $100 commissions. The final Level 6 costs $200 and pays seven hundred twenty-nine $200 commissions. Each commission payment depends on other affiliates below paying their fees.

Joining Adstraordinary requires purchasing at least one $5 matrix position. The structure functions as a cash gifting scheme, where new affiliates pay existing members through the matrix. Recruiters benefit as new sign-ups populate their downlines.

Mason's history shows a consistent model of launching such schemes. In 2015, he introduced at least five similar operations. Paradise Payments, a $2 to $1,000 cash gifting setup, launched in February 2015. Magnetic Gratitude, a $580 matrix-based Ponzi, followed in April. July brought Summer Fun Matrix, a $22 three-tier Ponzi. September saw the 3x9 Millionaire Machine, which promised $435 million from a $3 entry fee. Instant Pay Christmas, a $5 to $800 cash gifting scheme, wrapped up November.

Mason's 2016 activity began with Elite Pay Alliance, another matrix cash gifting scheme. 5 Dolla Money Lines, a pass-up chain-recruitment scheme, launched in late January. Alexa traffic data indicates 5 Dolla Money Lines collapsed quickly after its introduction. Adstraordinary represents his third launch this year.

Cash gifting schemes fail when new recruitment ceases, stopping the flow of commission payments. Mason likely preloads these schemes with his own positions, positioning himself to collect the majority of gifted funds before the inevitable collapse.
