AdsNetworkPaid sells no retail products or services. Instead, affiliates invest money into one of three "plans." Each plan offers advertising credits for displaying ads on the AdsNetworkPaid website. This advertising component masks a direct investment scheme.

The company operates a revenue-sharing model. Investors put money in and are promised a return. Three tiers exist: Plan 1 requires a $5 investment for a $7 return, yielding 140% ROI. Plan 2 costs $50, returning $80 for a 160% ROI. Plan 3 involves a $100 investment, promising $200 back, a 200% ROI.

To receive daily payouts, affiliates must view five advertisements. AdsNetworkPaid also enforces a 50% reinvestment rule on all earnings. When an investor moves money from their revenue share balance to their withdrawal balance, half automatically goes back into another ad pack purchase.

Referral commissions are paid across five levels. Level 1 offers 4%. Levels 2 and 3 each pay 2%. Level 4 provides 4%. The percentage for Level 5 is not specified in the original materials. Membership is technically free, but participants earn nothing without an initial investment.

"AdsNetworkPaid shares the revenue from your purchase with all members, and therefore AdsNetworkPaid cannot afford to offer refunds. This refund policy closely resembles one used by AdHitProfits, another revenue-sharing scheme run by Charles Scoville. AdHitProfits promised a 125% ROI on $45 investments and used nearly identical refund language: "NO REFUNDS! We share the revenue from your purchase with all members, so we cannot afford to offer refunds. The moment the payment enters our system, it is no longer 'your' money, and it certainly isn't 'our' money. It belongs to 100% ALL members because we shared those funds with EVERYBODY!" It is not clear if AdsNetworkPaid shares ownership with AdHitProfits or simply copied its operational template. The underlying scheme remains the same.

When new investment money stops flowing into AdsNetworkPaid, the daily ROI payments will cease, leading to the collapse of the entire operation.
