Danny Cianculli, CEO of Wealth4AllTeam, launched AdRevWorld in late April 2013, marking the company's fourth multi-level marketing scheme. This new venture arrived just weeks after Wealth4AllTeam's previous Ponzi operation collapsed in March, leaving affiliates with suspended withdrawals and claims of stolen funds. The company had promised no responses to emails or withdrawal requests until September.
The AdRevWorld domain was registered April 4, 2013, listing "Wealth4AllTeam INC." as its owner. Danny Cianculli was named the administrative contact. The opportunity quietly launched in late April, though Wealth4AllTeam waited until mid-May to promote it to existing affiliates.
An email sent to affiliates on May 17, 2013, pitched the new scheme. It promised shared advertising sales revenue, much like a HYIP monitor or money maker forum. The message claimed earnings from four advertising services, revenue sharing for ad pack purchases, and payouts for clicking just 10 ads daily. Free members could get paid, and no sponsoring was necessary. Returns of 125%, 135%, or 150% were offered, depending on investment level.
Wealth4AllTeam's history includes a November 2011 launch as a 10-day ROI scheme that paid 192-250% returns. That operation collapsed by late August 2012. Next came Primus Hub in November 2012, an MLM social network charging $12.95 per month, which quickly failed. A "total passive investment program" followed, paying 1.6% daily ROI; it died after two months. AdRevWorld is the fourth such attempt.
AdRevWorld offers no retailable products. Affiliates join free, then purchase "ad-packs" bundled with advertising credits. These credits display ads on the AdRevWorld website and to other affiliates. Members must view 10 website ads daily to qualify for commissions.
Three investment tiers exist. Bronze investments, ranging from $5 to $100, offer a 125% ROI. Silver investments, from $101 to $1,000, promise 135% ROI. Gold investments, from $1,001 to $100,000, target 150% ROI.
AdRevWorld does not specify how long it takes to achieve these returns. The company claims revenues come from ad pack sales, premium website ads, and various banner ad sizes. This structure means returns depend entirely on new affiliate money flowing into the system.
Affiliates also earn 7% referral commissions on investments made by their recruits. AdRevWorld claims members can "EARN MORE THAN YOU SPEND" while reaching their "targeted online market." The pitch suggests starting small or investing heavily, implying success either way.
But there is no retail revenue. Guaranteed ROIs are paid from newly invested affiliate money. This setup constitutes a Ponzi scheme with advertising as its primary facade.
The refund policy explicitly states, "There is ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS of any kind as positions are created and commissions are distributed INSTANTLY." No exceptions are made. Higher investments yield higher ROIs, all sourced from new and continued affiliate investment.
The timing raises questions. The AdRevWorld domain was registered April 4, 2013. Wealth4AllTeam announced the payment suspension and "no withdrawals until September" on April 22, 2013. This date falls 18 days after AdRevWorld's domain registration.
So, when Wealth4AllTeam told affiliates that an unnamed "outside consultant" had "literally stole most of the money" and that they had "partnered with two companies (not individuals) who will help us create solid capital so that we can recover, pay members, and re-launch," AdRevWorld was already in development. Unless the company genuinely believes revenue generated in AdRevWorld counts as "solid capital," the claim appears misleading. The company itself states "70% of profits are shared with members." The destination of the remaining 30% is not hard to deduce. Danny Cianculli has now launched four opportunities through Wealth4AllTeam.
