Cash Flow Alliance, a Fresno, California company, operates 4 Color Gold and CFA Printing. Both entities share the same address at 8050 N. Palm Ave. Suite 300, a River Bluff location in Fresno. The 4 Color Gold brand functions as the marketing arm for CFA Printing.

Cash Flow Alliance has no active website. Its domain is parked. Neither 4 Color Gold nor CFA Printing publicly names the owner of Cash Flow Alliance. However, Jeff Crane is listed as the administrative contact for the CFA Printing domain. Crane appears to be the owner.

Cash Flow Alliance has a history of failed ventures. International Financiers Business Association (IFBA), a profit share program from 2004, is now defunct. Another venture, 10k21days, launched in 2009 and also failed.

4 Color Gold does not sell products directly. Instead, it offers commissions tied to CFA Printing, which sells items like business cards, brochures, postcards, and labels. It is not clear if CFA Printing handles the actual printing in-house or outsources it.

The compensation plan centers on matrix commissions, direct recruitment bonuses, rank bonuses, and profit share pools. Recruiting someone who buys a $750 membership earns $100. A $250 membership recruitment pays $50.

Matrix commissions are earned by cycling out of 2x3 matrix systems. Each matrix contains 14 positions. When the bottom row fills, the person at the top earns a commission. The matrix then splits into two, and participants move up. Eight new people are needed to refill the bottom row after each cycle. Members typically enter at level 4 and progress to level 1 for payment.

The matrices include Goldminer Apprentice, Gold Prospector, Pure Gold, and Ultimate Gold. The Goldminer Apprentice matrix is a 2x2 system with 6 positions, requiring a $250 entry. It functions differently from the others; cycling out provides automatic entry into Gold Prospector.

The Gold Prospector matrix requires a $750 entry and pays a $1,000 cycle commission. Cycling from Gold Prospector moves members into Pure Gold. Pure Gold pays a $10,000 cycle commission, with $250 disbursed as 7 of the 8 bottom members join, and the remaining $8,250 as a lump sum when the 8th joins. This also grants automatic entry into Ultimate Gold and re-entry into another Pure Gold matrix.

Ultimate Gold offers a $20,000 cycle commission. Members receive $500 as 7 bottom members join, then $16,500 when the 8th joins. This level also includes automatic re-entry.

A Matching Bonus, termed a residual bonus, pays a percentage each time a downline member cycles out of Pure Gold or Ultimate Gold matrices, extending down ten generations. Cycling Ultimate Gold once yields $500 per downline cycle. Three cycles pay $600. Three more cycles increase this to $700. Seven cycles, achieving President's Ambassador rank, pay $1,000 per downline cycle.

Ultimate Gold 3 and President's Ambassador ranks also share a 2% global revenue pool. These are two distinct pools, distributed equally among members of the same rank. The UG3 pool consists of 2% of global $250 membership sales. The UGPA pool adds another 2% from both $250 and $750 membership sales.

4 Color Gold offers physical gold bars and a $1,000,000 house bonus as rewards for Ultimate Gold matrix cycles. Ten cycles earn a 500g gold bar. Twenty-five cycles yield a 1kg bar. Fifty cycles provide a 4.5kg bar. One hundred cycles give cash up to $1 million for a home purchase.

The Global Gold Autoship commission is an optional component. It pays up to $30 per member monthly when a member signs up new autoship members. Autoship orders must be a minimum of $60 monthly. This system uses a 3x15 matrix structure with 65,000 total positions.

Pure Gold ranked bonuses begin at Pure Gold 2 and extend to President's Club. To reach Pure Gold 2, members need 2 personal Pure Gold cycles, 2 personally recruited members who cycle Pure Gold, and a total team of 20 Pure Gold cycles. This rank shares in a 2% pool of global membership fees, receives $2,000 cash for a family vacation, and 12 business card pack vouchers.

Pure Gold 3 requires 3 personal cycles, 3 recruited cycles, and 30 team cycles. It includes a 2% pool share, $3,000 vacation cash, and 28 vouchers. Pure Gold 4 demands 4 personal cycles, 4 recruited cycles, and 40 team cycles. This rank also gets a 2% pool, $4,000 vacation cash, and 44 vouchers.

Pure Gold 5 needs 5 personal cycles, 5 recruited cycles, and 50 team cycles. Rewards include a 2% pool, $5,000 vacation cash, and $25,000 towards a car. President's Club, the highest rank, requires 7 personal cycles, 7 recruited cycles, and 100 team cycles. This rank shares in a 2% pool, receives his and hers Rolex watches or a one-pound gold bar valued around $30,000, and $120,000 towards a car.

Membership costs $750 for a Team Builder pack with 6,000 business cards, or $200 for a pack with 2,000 cards. A "free" membership option exists, requiring $2,500 in retail business card sales, but it excludes most bonuses and severely limits commissions.

The compensation plan has two main components. The first involves commissions on CFA Printing orders. These sales are not true retail. They are earned from recruited members and their downline through 15 levels. If everyone buys at least $60 of product on autoship, members earn $30 per member in a 3x15 matrix. CFA Printing offers a retail service to its customers, but 4 Color Gold members do not appear to have access to this option.

The second part is the matrix system. Members pay a fee to join and enter either Gold Prospector or Goldminer Apprentice, depending on their $750 or $250 membership. The included business cards are then used to recruit others and fill matrix spots. This is how matrix commissions are earned. Cycling out advances members in bonus levels and unlocks higher tiers.

Neither part of the plan includes true retail sales. The matrix system relies on new recruits to keep matrices cycling and fill the bottom 8 positions. Individuals can join, pay a membership fee, recruit others doing the same, and earn large commissions if they recruit enough people. If they do not, earnings depend on the recruiting efforts of others. Either way, recruitment drives commissions.
