Just days after the launch of "12 Daily Profit," a new program named "12 Daily Income" began operating, promising identical 12% daily returns. The website offers no information about its ownership or management.

The domain '12dailyincome.com' was registered March 13, 2012. Its registration details are private. The timing and name similarity to 12 Daily Profit suggest a connection, though no direct link has been confirmed. The business models are similar enough to suggest the same operators.

12 Daily Income is a relaunch of a Ponzi scheme first seen in November 2008. Records from that original version claimed operation by a Mrs. Hans Conny Winter in Brussels, Belgium. This name does not appear elsewhere online and is likely fictitious.

The 2008 scheme launched with the same promise of 12% daily returns over 12 days. Referral commissions ceased shortly after launch. All ROI payments stopped within three weeks. The site then went offline, and operators vanished with member funds.

12 Daily Income sells no retail products. Members receive advertising credits with each investment, redeemable for ad space on the company's own advertising network. These ads display on the 12 Daily Income website.

Advertising credits cannot be obtained without an investment. No retail option exists for purchasing ad space directly.

Members invest in $12 increments. The company promises 12% returns daily for 12 days, yielding a 144% return on investment.

Referral commissions pay 8% on direct recruit investments at level one. Second-tier investments at level two pay 4%.

Membership is free. However, a member must invest money into the scheme to earn or withdraw commissions. Free members can accrue virtual profits through referrals, but cannot withdraw funds without their own deposit.

Every dollar of ROI comes from new member investments. This mechanism identifies it as a Ponzi scheme.

12 Daily Income claims to be an "online advertising company." Its refund policy contradicts this, stating: "Your advertising is available to you and commissions are paid immediately after payments are made. With that said there will be NO refunds granted." If members were truly buying advertising, unused credits should be refundable.

The homepage prominently states, "We pay you 12% daily for 12 days." Yet, the terms and conditions include a disclaimer: "12dailyincome.com does not make any promises written or implied as to the amount of money that can be made from 12dailyincome.com."
