A new scheme called 11 Daily Doubler launched recently, promising an 11% daily return on investments. This platform appears to be a direct reboot of Reality Profit, a previous venture that collapsed after only two months. Both operations exhibit common characteristics of a Ponzi scheme.
The 11 Daily Doubler website provides no verifiable information about its ownership or operators. Its domain, 11dailydoubler.com, registered on March 11, 2012, lists a "Jack Hagen" at "123 Brooke Street, Luxemburg, Wisconsin." Public records confirm no such street exists in Luxemburg, Wisconsin, and "LU" is not a valid US state code.
Operators of 11 Daily Doubler copied and pasted text from their prior operation. They failed to proofread, revealing their connection to Reality Profit. The website's title tags even misspell their own company name as "11 Daily Dobler." This lack of attention to detail did not prevent them from including a disclaimer: "Information on this Web site may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors."
11 Daily Doubler sells no retail products. Members join free, then invest money in $10 increments, up to a $10,000 account maximum. Each investment includes advertising credits for an in-house ad network. The platform pays an 11% return on these investments, requiring members to log into their accounts daily to qualify. They claim withdrawals are possible at any time.
The scheme also features a referral commission structure. Direct referrals earn 9% on their investments. Participants recruited by these direct referrals, known as Level 2, yield a 6% commission. While membership is free, individuals must invest their own capital to withdraw any earned commissions.
The company describes itself as an "online advertising program" designed to help members "advertise their businesses/programs." However, its terms state, "ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS will be issued for any reason." A legitimate advertising service would typically offer refunds for unused credits. The platform also attempts to bypass securities laws by labeling transactions as "private," a claim not recognized by regulators for public investment schemes.
Without external revenue, 11 Daily Doubler relies solely on new member investments to pay existing returns. Reality Profit, offering an 8% daily return, collapsed in two months. An 11% daily ROI ensures 11 Daily Doubler will likely fail even faster, leaving investors with no recourse.
